You can exchange or return the purchased product within 14 days (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "The Protection of Consumer Rights"). An exchange or return will be made on the condition that the product has retained its commercial appearance, the packaging and the label have been preserved. All costs of return and exchange, including delivery, will be paid by the buyer, except for cases related to the fault of the seller or manufacturer.
If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods for reasons not related to the bad quality of the goods, the buyer is obliged to pay for delivery services. Check product availability and price. The color may differ from the one displayed on the screen. If you could not choose a color or size, write your wishes in the "notes to order" line. We insure the goods we ship at full cost! Therefore, in case of damage or loss of goods, the delivery company will fully compensate for its cost. The cost of delivery depends on the total cost of insurance. In that case, if you want to take a risk, we can indicate a lower price at your request, in which case claims about the completeness and integrity will not be accepted.
