Before you buy
65W is the maximum output of one USB-C port with a compatible cable and device. Multi-port power is shared: USB-C1 + USB-C2 up to 45W + 20W; USB-C1 + USB-A up to 45W + 18W. Use a properly rated USB-C cable for a laptop. A cable is not confirmed to be included.
